Just perfect. Good location with parking, easy access to the stone forest and to Oxya view point. Nice breakfast, comfortable beds, some rooms have jacuzi bath, they served us food after hours. We enjoyed it very much and highly recommend the hotel.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel for three nights while exploring the area's hiking trails. The location was perfect for my outdoor adventures, with easy access to various villages and stunning viewpoints. The hotel, run by a friendly family, exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was clean and comfortable, with two balconies offering different views. The bed was so cozy that it was hard to leave in the morning! The breakfast was delicious, and I also had a great dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The small swimming pool was a refreshing bonus, even though I visited off-season. I had a wonderful time at this well-decorated hotel with its warm atmosphere.
Would recommend this hotel.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional - we paid only 36 Euro per night and got a fantastic room with a balcony and breathtaking view. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, and the staff treated us like family.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

A great place to start your trip in the Vicos Valley. Staff is very friendly and prompt. Breakfast is very nice Price is very good. Rooms are nice and well decorated
Heating works only in the colder months, and for some, summer nights can be chilly. You need to ask for a non-smoking room in advance, but such a room was available.

Nestled in the surrounding mountains, this charming hotel provides a perfect base for exploring the deserted monastery and embarking on the Vikos Gorge hike. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the picturesque village. The rooms are delightful, with cozy stone walls and stained wood furnishings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The friendly staff goes out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offers a simple yet satisfying start to the day, with delicious yogurt and honey. the hotel offers a mini gym and a restaurant with delectable local dishes.
Although the hotel offers dinner service, it was closed upon our arrival, redirecting us to a nearby restaurant.

Staff was really helpful. The provided us with a lunch box on request. They also helped us to get some cash money, since there are no ATMs in the region of Monodendri. Perfect location for hiking the Vikos Gorge. Really good value for money (€ 30 for a double room)!
Unfortunately, not all of staff spoke English, which was a disadvantage when we wanted some information on hikes in the region. The pool was refreshing but really small.

I recently stayed at Archontiko Zarkada and had an extraordinary experience. The styling of the entire place was truly impressive, with Greek blue accents on the windows and doors. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I especially loved the big balcony that offered a great view. The location couldn't have been better, with everything within walking distance. The highlight for me was the amazing view of the mountains from my room. The shower was also a standout - it was the best I've had throughout my trip. a fantastic stay!
Nothing at all 😊

We stayed in this hotel twice. At the beginning and at the end of a 5-day backpacking tour in Zagoria. The owners very kindly kept part of our luggage in the hotel while we were on our walking tour. The reception was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.
